Who knows what the hold up was, but get it while it's hot. I wish it were cheaper than $9.99, but the developer has done a lot of great work on the Installer software which you get when you jailbreak your phone, so I'm ok with rewarding them a bit. Plus they're the only game in town and they know that people really want this functionality, so they're probably wisely striking while the iron is hot.
UPDATE:
And it's probably a good thing they are striking while the iron is hot, because the app is now unavailable again. I'm thinking that the reposting of it was probably a mistake.
