Now what?

A mishmash of thoughts on religion, life, technology, and whatnot.

Did he really just say that?
What makes it even worse for AU is that I had always heard that prior to that it was even worse and that TB battled against some of it.

We went on a mini-vacation to a family reunion in Pigeon Forge, TN late last week. I was scheduled to take Monday and Tuesday of this week off too since my vacation days are gone on August 1, but unfortunately, I'm just too busy to take time off right now. Summer is crazy busy. Anyways, we had a good time in Pigeon Forge, the place is a little creepy though, it's like an Evangelical Christian resort almost. The whole family went to see the Black Bear Jamboree on Friday night and I can safely say that I am not in the target market for that show, or much of anything else in Pigeon Forge... I would have rather gone to the dentist, it was that bad.

We did go to the Aquarium of the Smokies and that was impressive. Very cool. That and lots of swimming with Anna and Hunter, my 1st cousin +1.

  1. pigeon forge: the place where christmas threw up.

i totally understand your feelings on the place. :)

  2. hehe… what’s funny is that we did go to the Christmas Place, this huge complex of stores that have tons and tons of Xmas stuff. In the past, I would’ve rolled my eyes at all of it, but now that I have a 3 year old, I’m a little more into it.
