Tonight was the season premiere of Battlestar Galactica on Sci-Fi. Wow.. this show just keeps on coming at you. Really one of the better shows on TV right now. It's not like a Star Trek kind of show with all the techno-babble. It's just about people trying to survive in the midst of a war that they're losing badly. I highly recommend checking it out.
Also they showed a commercial for Firefly... another great sci-fi show from the mind of Joss Wheadon, the guy who did Buffy, Angel, etc. They're coming out with what is reported to be a really great movie based on the show called Serenity, so it's worth checking out the show, even though it didn't last but one season on Fox. Firefly starts running next Friday at 6pm. It's kind of a quirky, witty show. Not as drama driven as Galactica. Galactica really is a space opera. It's all drama.
